The staff at this location is the reason why I will come back. We purchase a storm door last Saturday and it was installed today. The two gentlemen from Bidwell Contracting showed up and did a wonderful job on the installation. The Staff and managers from this location were kind and helpful. The store was neat and clean and it's easy to navigate, unlike the other big box stores.

While Value never has the large selection of big box stores, the customer service is always better, and you can always find the oddball stuff big box stores don't carry. Plus their hardware aisle is the best. When Value closes down, I'm really gonna miss them.

Super Helpful with Finding what you need. The friendly staff will load up the heavy items. They even fix broken windows!! Join the VIP Club and get gift cards!! They are the BEST!!

This is my go-to hardware store when I don't want to contend with the big box entities that have zero customer service. At Valu they are helpful and courteous and it's just a pleasure to go in, find what you need and go home to fix whatever got broke. I always go here first, I'm rarely disappointed and usually find that they have what I need.

I make it a point to shop at Valu for all that they offer and stopped going to the big box stores if Value has it. They are a locally owned family business, that is supportive of the community and they welcome all no matter your political perspective. Weekly sales help round out prices of higher priced items. Purchasing from local owners is great for our community and helps strengthen or community.

I go here often. The staff are very knowledgeable and always eager to help. Their excellent customer service and very fair prices, make this a local gem for my family needs. They understand the value of exceptional customer service, and they always deliver it; to each person who walks through their door. Kudos to the management and staff here. 👍
